[sdiy] TOG Board Update

Hello,

For those interested in the TOGA project, here is where I am at: a second round of 10 prototype boards will be back from the board house Friday. They will get built up and tested on the weekend. With luck there will be time to update the website with info and pictures. If all goes well these will be available for purchase. 

I've already made one small change to the board: its size meant only 4-up on a panel. To save costs I shrank it down to fit 6-up on a panel. No functional changes were made. Yes, these might eventually get built at an assembly house.
