[sdiy] first oscilloscope help

I bought a Velleman USB scope, PCSU1000. 2 channel, 60 MhZ, 8 bit. It also
has a spectrum analyzer, transient recorder, and there is a companion
function generator you can use to do frequency response, etc. You can have
it display a lot of different waveform parameters like CD mean, max, min,
peak to peak, frequency, duty cycle, phase, period AC RMS, dBV, etc. I've
been very happy with it. I find it to be comparable to the PicoScope line,
but more economical. If you can live with the 8 bit resolution, it's a nice
scope.
