PS and I should say I didn't have time to put tags and footnotes on 
everything yet.  Thought I should run it past everyone first.  It's hard 
to talk history without talking some of the technical things ....I only 
modified the history section so maybe we can part that out to the 'how 
it works' section on some of it... haven't looked it over myself enough 
yet..
