Tom...I can add some things...looks like you did a great upgrade on it.  
I'll add some things without changing what you've done (like mentioning 
the CS80 before the JP8, and noting the first DCO machine and a bit 
about how it was done, DS-1, and mentioning the DK600/opera6 and other 
DK series synths which say DCO but really have an analog HF oscillator 
SSm2031 of course and a divide down network inside those chips. )
