Ghostscript is sadly input fileformat restricted, so get your .PNGs to
.PDF first. Ghostscript will combine those as is.

gswin32c.exe -dBATCH -dNOPAUSE -q -sDEVICE=pdfwrite
-sOutputFile=ARP.pdf A.pdf R.pdf P.pdf

with A.pdf R.pdf P.pdf are the source files combined to ARP.pdf :P
