[sdiy] OT: PAiA TubeHead for sale (needs repair)

I have a stereo PAiA TubeHead - http://www.paia.com/proddetail.asp?prod=9305KEN 
  - which I no longer want and needs repair.  After the last time I  
moved (several years ago now), it didn't work when I tried to turn it  
on.

I haven't gotten around to trying to resolve the problem, so figure I  
should probably let it go.  I bought it used from someone who built it  
from the kit, so I do not have any papers/schematics that may have  
come with the kit.  http://paia.com/manuals/docs/9305-tubehead-schematic.pdf 
  looks like it is the right schematic, though.  Includes wall wart.   
May be missing a few screws.

This is not the rack mount version, it's the smaller one with RCA  
jacks on the back (as shown in the link above).
