[sdiy] Cheapest, simplest but still reliable VCO & VCA for polyphonic project

I remember a crude hex VCA/mixer designed around a hex
cmos inverter - possibly PAiA?  The inputs were the 
inverter outputs (via resistors), the CVs went in the
inverter inputs and the output was one of the power pins.
Not exactly hifi, and all six channels mix to one output, 
but maybe OK for wavefom mixing and final VCAs.


Anyone remember where it came from?
