[sdiy] R-Rail Opamp under a buck

Anyone have a favorite R-R opamp (5V supply preferred) that costs
less than a buck in quantities of 100 ?
Output needs to get up to the rails within 60-70mV or so with 2K load
to qualify.
I won't be using it with 2K load but this is often how they spec'd on
the data sheets.
This is for a summing stage before an A2D input so high Band width is
not important.
I like the OPA2340 and AD8602 but they are too expensive.
Anyone tried the TLV342?
