[sdiy] New TOG board: $0.02 needed

Any chance of varying the duty cycle dynamically?  Besides the obvious 
PWM options, static pulses of different width have varying harmonic 
content and it would be a huge gain in versatility for a lot of the old 
top octave organs and synths.
