[sdiy] New TOG board: $0.02 needed

I was planning on making these avaiable.
I'm not sure which TOG is "most used"; this one emulates the MK50240 series of TOGs.
Hmm...maybe this should be a Top Octave Generator Assembly so I can call it a TOGA!!
The chip will be on the board and programmed. Source will be made available so folks can tinker/play/hack/learn/exploit/whatever.
Current flavors planned:
MK50240 (50% duty cycle)
MK50241 (30% duty cycle)
Just-Intoned
Under investigation:
High-precision TOG (+/- 0.2 cents error)
Tonewheel TOG
