No, sorry, I am so clueless about what an arpeggiator is or does that I could not even tell it was misspelled.

So what I am hearing is: an arpeggiator is a list of notes that can get stepped through in either direction or randomly. Yeah, sounds like a sequencer with a quantizer on the output. Anyone remember Pink Tunes? Sounds like the same idea. I should think this is a straight forward gizmo to whang together. The trick is getting the notes into the gizmo. I guess play MIDI notes into it...

Whang: The sound of an IC being inserted into a perfboard with a hammer...
