[sdiy] classic transistor VCO's

The (usual) catch is that transistors are often sorted
in pairs, etc.  You may need to match NPN pairs, or PNP pairs..

or worse, an NPN/PNP pair for an expo converter.  Its not hard to
do but you might get a batch of transistors that yeilds a LOT of
good pairs, or one that is almost useless.

For manufacturing, this is a bad thing. What do you do with the
fallouts ?
