[sdiy] New TOG board: $0.02 needed

What happened was a colossal design screwup on my part, and my day job is eating up my spare time. I need to do a quick resign to take into account the 1.8 volt nature of the Xilinx part. With luck I can get to it this weekend. After that it'll be 2 weeks to get boards in and built.
