There is none. For keyboards, the lowest possible key of the keyboard
usually provides 0V. For most of the Roland SH-Series this is an F!
MIDI-Interfaces usually provide 0V = C. Since most MIDI-Keyboards get
not further down than MIDI note #36, you might take this note as 0V.
