I've forgotten where I read it -- maybe on one of the Yahoo  
microtonal music lists -- someone was building a non standard  
keyboard and was able to order individual keys from a keyboard  
manufacturer. Pretty vague, I know, but it might give you a direction  
to look.

(Or am I missing something? Surely the D/G/A keys are the right shape?)
