The ones that I used are around 4% per K (actually 3.8%/K). Almost all 
"garden variety" NTCs are at least close to that. The value gets scaled 
down to 1/11 due to the the series resistor, which gives something in 
the neighborhood of 3500ppm/K. (A more accurate NTC compensation scheme 
can be found in the expo tutorial article at my website...)
