[sdiy] Understanding Analog Computer Schematics?

I think the back-to-back diodes might be a thyratron or diac or triac
or some other thing like that. What is a klystron a subtype of?
I'm at work, and I can't check with wikipedia... so I can only be very
vague with this :) HTH :)

Special tubes have funny schematic symbols. I suggest looking at the
thyratron and pentode and triode articles on wikipedia and all the
links from there, they all seem to have the relevant symbol on the
article.
