The finest wire solder I've got is a .38mm (0.015") 60/40 from Kester, 
p/n 24-6040-0007. Fine enough for soldering MSOP packages if necessary. 
It's formula 44 activated rosin-core, not specifically 'no-clean', but 
the MHD indicates cleaning isn't required, and the residue is almost 
invisible. They do make a 0.25mm variety too, but I've not seen anyone 
selling it.
