so i just got myself a big book (Recommended on this list)

Electronic Analog and Hybrid Computers by Korn and Korn

There is a wealth of info on non linear circuits, control signals, patchbays, multipliers, and other stuff BUT all the schematics look funny. There are weird symbols i have NEVER seen before that look sort of like opamps but dont have two input terminals, other symbols that look like back to back diodes, etc.

SO i was wondering...is there a website that might have a KEY to understanding analog computer schematics?
I had heard that some of the symbols may represent things like integrators or summers, but beyond that i am lost.

thanks so much

also....this book really dives right in with a presuppostion of understanding the basics of analog computing. i wonder if someone could recommend a good intro to analog computing?

should be cheap as this book was only 3 bucks.

the book came with a note attached that basically said:

"I cant believe anyone is buying this book! I took a class in 1972 that used this book and it was great"

thanks
