Nothing that special really - but since you can use the 'Assign' menu to set up key command combinations to perform certain commands in Eagle, so far, I've found assigning those key combinations to a mouse click to be handy.
...of course if I could set it up so that the key commands I had assigned to that button changed depending on what app I was using - now that would be special!
