I've had good results using Osmond though it involves doing a lot your own
components yourself. But when I tried Eagle I had to do alot of redrawing of
components there aswell.
In Osmond I would use a simple DIP8 or SOT8 component for the pads for a 072.
There's also DesignWorks around if you want to do the schematics and export
the parts- and netlists to Osmond.
There's a Osmond mailinglist if you want to ask other uses regarding
problems/suggestions. Some even has DW experience to share.
