[sdiy] Source for ISD-series single-chip recorder IC's

Does anyone know of a current reliable source for ISD16xx or ISD25xx
single-chip recorder ICs? I stumbled on a few neat projects using
these chips but the chip families seem to go obsolete and replaced by
newer editions pretty quickly. These can't have gone obsolete too long
ago so I'm hoping I can track some down.

Alternately if anyone on the list has spares stockpiled and can sell
one off, that would be nice...
