Here's a crack at Dave's idea:

I used the pot symbol underneath for the "bones" - seemed  
appropriate. I can't really think of a decent excuse for the "eyes" -  
pot with mounting lugs, perhaps.

It's a big enough/simple enough gif that it'll scale down ok.
