[sdiy] Weird thing on Ebay

I would think it much more use to those wanting to identify and check  
ICs for their new strange SDIY projects rather than cannibalizing.  
These sorts of devices were once common but now harder to get hold of.  
They are also useful for reverse engineering devices.
