[sdiy] Clapper drum pad

Hi,

I'm trying to repair a Russian drum pad, and it's a bit difficult as 
everything is in Russian! If anyone knows what the middle control is in 
the picture linked below please could you let me know...

Also, if anyone can help identify an IC that would be helpful too! The 
part number is К159НТ1Д and it's a 6 pin circular package...
