seems that all of the 7905s i got from mouser recently spit out -6.8v or so instead of -5v. is this normal? the input voltage is a steady -15v, and i'm decoupling the inputs and outputs with 33uf electrolytics. not that changing those or removing them makes any difference. thanks for any pointers with this.
