[sdiy] [OT] Help with Alesis Ion repair

Please forgive me for posting an off-topic message, but I am hoping 
there is an expert here who could help with synth-related problem.

Are there any folks here familiar with repairing Alesis Ion's who would 
be willing to consult with me off-list about a problem with re-flashing 
the OS?  I have read all the User and Service manuals and put a query on 
the [ion-micron] list with no results.
