Looks like it's your machine because it's giving a full location that 
would be:

C:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\Dave\LOCAL SETTINGS\Temp\ ...

So that could only be your machine - but I couldn't say what is doing it 
as a) I don't know what's installed on your machine and b) having been 
running Linux on the desktop for the last 8 years, my Windows knowledge 
is seriously out of date ;-)  (NT4 SP4 and no greater.)
