[sdiy] ARP 4027 pinout

ARrghh..I got a twitch in the eye and thought it say 4017 for some 
reason...  THe one I have in my directory here is the 4027-1 indeed.  
But perhaps my confusion is based on this statement :-)

Replaces 4017 module, superseded by 4027-1

Could it be that the 4017 then has the same pinout? It's pdf has a 
diagram of just the module being hooked up to peripheral components so 
hope that helps. -Bob
