I seem to recall from another list that the only way to isolate faulty
caps (rather than just replace the lot, more my inclination on the basis
of if one goes, the others will follow soon) is to use an ESR meter.
Checking the capacitance will not necessarily find a fault.
Another thing that I recall from that thread is that ESR meters are a
suitable candidate for a home construction project ;-)
