[sdiy] online parts retailers without crazy minimum shipping?

I just need a handful of IC's for a project that I'm in the middle of,
and I don't want to place an order big enough to justify $7-$10
minimum shipping, like Jameco's default. Is there anyone out there
that sells stuff and will actually ship on weight or sane minimums for
a handful of IC's?
