[sdiy] 1980s Casio keyboard modification instructions in a PDF

Interesting discussion on DACs in the link.  Is there such a thing as a
"Gray code DAC" available?  That would fix the glitch at the MSB (and all
the other bits too).  I know of one patent on a Gray code R/2R ladder
configuration (US 4591826), but I am not aware of any commercially available
Gray code DACs.
