No, that has nothing to do with slew rate limiting. Those capacitors are 
essentially linear, while slew limiting is a type of nonlinear 
distortion. And the more current you draw from the power supply, the 
more quickly the signal will fall, so the "slew rate" is not limited in 
the first place.
