It's not correct to think that PS bypass caps at the chips will solve all
decoupling problems. If you have effects due to ground loops, etc., they
will not help a bit. Even if you don't think you hear any problems, the
oscillators will almost certainly sycn over some frequency range.

Yes. Use it to make a Tri -> Sin shaper. That's what I'm doing on The Teezer.
