[sdiy] dsPIC FPGA project update

Hey folks,

Just a quick notice that I've updated the project page for my new dsPIC 
FPGA board:

Summary: Boards are back from fab, I've assembled some of the digital 
portion, gotten the SD Flash filesystem working and I'm in the process 
of getting the FPGA configuration firmware running. I expect to have 
this going in a few days, after which I'll be adding the analog 
interfaces and trying out some simple FPGA oscillator designs.

I'll send more updates as things change.
