[sdiy] Blacet Miniwave bank select problem

I built a miniwave kit a few months ago and have been having a lot of
fun with the module. At some point I remember being able to use the
quantize function, but today I tried and I can't seem to get the
miniwave to go into bank 15.  All the led's light up on going through
the other banks, but its stops with just the top 3 lit. I tried a
control voltage to get it up as well and no luck. Anyone have any
ideas on what I should check?
