[sdiy] smallest font sizes for pcb

I use 40mil with 7mil line weight for SMT 0805 size parts and 50mil 
with 8mil line weight on thru-hole stuff.
Even 40mil is pretty small for reading without magnification (with my 
eyes anyway)
30mill is very small and will be hard to get a clean screen print as 
mesh is only so fine or ink won't flow.
Fine mesh for screens is around 305 threads per inch I believe.
