[sdiy] Don't buy from Selco

Wow I am having a terrible experience with Selco knobs! I wanted to
purchase tactile button caps but their website has very minimal
documentation on the dimensions for the product I was interested in.
There are no tolerances listed and the drawing makes the cap look like
it is tapered but there is no supporting dimensions for this.
When I requested more data they did not provide it. When I asked if
they could send me a single cap as a product sample to measure myself
they said no and gave no reason!
I even requested a quote on purchasing 600 of them and they would not
give it to me. Seems like very poor business practice for a company in
a country with tough economic times :P
Maybe I am simply too small of a customer but I thought they could at
least have the courtesy to explain this to me.
