Howdy,
 I deal with Harbor Freight a LOT. They are good. There is another company called "Grizzly" that is about the same pricewise, but through experience I have found their products to be just a tad better than H.F. If you live near Seattle or the other 2 locations, I highly recommend them. We use their equipment to finish out rough sawn lumber after the logs have gone through the steam powered saw mill. Heftier build, more selection, and Much larger variety. The person that started the company likes to build guitars. You can even buy a ready to go guitar fretboard radius sander if you want. Really worth checking out as this guy likes to build muzik stuff just like we do.
