I've never used Osmond - but lots of those sort of 'output' files (i.e. net list, parts list, etc.) will open in a decent text editor or spreadsheet app. From there you can take to it with 'find & replace' or 'sort'.
Eagle will output a BOM - but I still use Excel to sort that into an order that suits me.
