[sdiy] Building parts in Eagle

I think it IS quite easy but in learning I did have some real 
head-scratch moments!

Perhaps a good approach is to modify some existing parts (eg. using 
copy/paste within library) - by doing it step-by-step you should get a 
feel for how Eagle wants things done.
