I think this is a VERY good point. If you are trying to do flanging
type effects with 1-20ms delays, you would NOT be using four 1024
stage BBD's would you? My initial post about using this to control an
analog delay was to control a deluxe memory man with 4096 stages, and
the bulk of the fun of that pedal is in long delays from 100ms-550ms.
