[sdiy] BPM readout? was: Tap Tempo LFO

I did several programs for the CVS with MIDI and clocks.  My 
MIDIclock program generates a gate and clock from MIDI.  It 
calculates and displays BPM on the LCD.

I don't think this functionality would be too hard to program for the CVS.
