Poly and tantalum should be fine.
One thing you might like to consider is that there is one electrolytic cap
inside each the 'black boxes' for the filters and VCO.
The modules can be disassembled quite easily (assuming they were all the
same over time).
The filters in mine were filled with a soft rubbery stuff that can be picked
off no problem.
The VCO only had the lid held on with some soft glue, and no other filling.
