[sdiy] LS318 / LS312

No point in my beating around the bush ... what did Linear charge for
the LS318s in that quantity?  Does Linear have minimum dollar volumes
or are they quantity-based?  There are a number of Linear parts in
which I have interest but I've never priced them.
