[sdiy] Seeking Switchcraft patch cords with molded jacks

I don't think that these are stocked anywhere. They are part of the  
"Custom Overmolded" series, which means that they are made on a custom  
basis, with fairly large minimum purchases.

Buchla uses the smaller .141" cords from this series for what it's  
worth.
