[sdiy] Seeking Switchcraft patch cords with molded jacks

Can someone bring me to a distributor where I can
buy switchcraft patch cords with short molded jacks
on both ends that are the same type as in the following link
(the straight jack with the red circle #3)

I like these because they have short plastic shell
that doesn't expand too far from a female plug.
It's handy for a modular synth.
