Interesting, but two (possibly stupid) questions.

1. Why both the LS318 and LS312 ? Isn't the LS318 the more
interesting NPN pair since log conformance is the hard part ?

2. Do you actually *want* them in SOIC ? Because they appear to be
available in DIP.
