[sdiy] Any tips for "restoring" mini-korg (or any synth from the 70s)?

Hi guys and girls,

I've had a nice Mini Korg 700 (the single osc one) for about a year
now.  It works fine, but since it's pretty old (1974) and I want it to
stay working fine, I'm thinking I should be replacing some capacitors
and such.

Do any of you have advice for this sort of thing - like capacitor
replacement, or anything regarding old component replacement?

Another thing I'm afraid of is tearing circuit board traces.
