[sdiy] LS318 / LS312

I'm planning on getting some Linear Systems LS318 / LS312 devices in 8-pin
SOIC.  I haven't spoken to Linear systems to see how it's done yet and
wondered if anyone else has?  Also would anyone else be interested in
getting some, I could order extra.  They are matched NPN transistors,
perfect for exponential converters in VCOs and are a drop in replacement for
the obsolete SSM2210SZ.  George
